- Loss in transit: We assume responsibility for returns lost in transit, provided the return was demonstrably declared correctly.
- Tracking: Please note that you will need a tracking number for your return.
- Self-shipping: Return labels are not provided by us. You must arrange the shipping yourself.
- Condition of items: Worn, washed, or used products will not be accepted.
- Original tags: Returned garments must have the original tags attached.
- Return deadline: The return must be shipped within 90 days of receiving your delivery.

If your order qualifies for free return shipping, you will receive the return shipping costs as a store credit voucher.
